I cannot believe what a terrible week this has been. Tuesday's show was bottom of the barrel rotten and last night's was even worse. And I swear if I hear Seacrest say, after the break, one more time, I'll scream!

The first half hour was devoted to NOTHING, except following girls into their bedrooms with their camera, hoping for what? A little low class porn? And if I see that crying kid with the dumbbell through his face, I'll start writing editors to the editor myself. Talk about your drama queens, that little red haired black woman, holy gawd, talk about drama, and then to be paired with Mr. I just can't cry enough, that other girl never had a chance. And, of course bikini girl, DID turn her group into a train wreck, taking down all but Jasmine. That was the most completely boring show I've ever seen on AI. As Simon would, and did often, say, it was a MESS. From top of the hour to bottom, it was trite, overdone and boring. And we still only got to see a half dozen decent singers. I didn't see ANYONE, I think capable of being the next AI, last night. Jasmine has a chance, but they didn't show much of anything except for the grieving husband's group, which was good, they were. But most of the show, 90% was a complete waste of time. I'd send them all, including the judges home, right now, and wait for next year. I should take bets on how much the audience drop this season will be already because so far, in a whole month they've shown little but sob stories and sub-talented drama queens. NOT a good beginning to the year, EASILY the worst first month I've ever seen. And that is being kind...
